After making a reservation, the host receives a notification that you are coming for the hosting with your details. The reservation will appear in your personal reservations area, with the host’s details. From there, all you need to do is arrive at the hosting and enjoy a Friday meal or Saturday hosting together.
If you cannot attend the meal or Saturday hosting, despite making a reservation, or if the host is unable to host you, there is an easy and convenient option to cancel the hosting. In the reservations window in the personal area, you can view and manage your reservation, and there will also be the option to cancel the hosting. The host will receive a notification about your cancellation and will know you are not coming.
The cost of canceling the hosting is 6 shekels, which is the amount charged by the credit card company for canceling a transaction. This means if the total reservation is 100 ILS, you will receive 94 ILS back. If you cancel after 12:00 PM, the day before the hosting date, the cancellation cost will be the full amount. If the host cancels the hosting, you will receive the full amount you paid back.
