Privacy Policy – “JDinner” Effective Date: 28.07.2024
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: “Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Use and must be read together with the Terms of Use and uses the definitions appearing in the Terms of Use. The operator is committed to respecting the privacy of users of the site. To improve the protection of user privacy, the operator publishes this Privacy Policy and provides the information contained herein regarding the options available to the user when using the site and regarding the operator’s conduct regarding the collection of information from the site.
- General
- As part of using the site’s services, the user is required to provide certain details to the operator, including name, address, email, personal preferences, and more. Such information will be kept in the operator’s database.
- Additionally, the operator retains the user’s location data. While using the site, data may accumulate regarding the user’s manner of use on the site. This is statistical information that does not personally identify the user.
- Database and Its Use
- The data collected about the user mentioned above is stored in the operator’s database. The operator undertakes to use this information according to this Privacy Policy and/or in accordance with any law and for the following purposes:

- Operational, marketing, and statistical needs, including data processing and direct mail for these purposes;
- Providing services to the user and ensuring fair commercial activity according to law.
3.2 The user acknowledges that they are not legally required to provide this information, and its provision is of their own free will and with their consent. Additionally, the operator may, for the purposes mentioned above, periodically transfer non-identifying, anonymous, or aggregated information regarding the user’s activities on the site to entities partnering with the operator and any entity that will provide services and benefits to users at the operator’s discretion.
3.3 With the user’s lawful consent, the operator may contact the user from time to time with direct mail to receive offers for various services provided by the operator within the user’s use of the operator’s services through email, SMS, fax, social networks, automatic dialing systems, and/or phone electronic messages (e.g., WhatsApp), as long as no other notification is received from the user at any time.
4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
The operator may share the user’s information with third parties in the following situations:
- When the user has authorized the operator to transfer their personal details to third parties;
- If the user violates the site’s Terms of Use or attempts to perform actions contrary to the law;
- To enforce the Terms of Use or other agreements or policies;

- In case of a dispute between the user and other users of the site.
- Aggregate and Non-Personal Information
The operator may use aggregate and non-personal information it collects in any of the circumstances mentioned above. The operator may combine non-personal information it collects with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. Additionally, the operator may share aggregate information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers, and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. For example, the operator may report to its advertisers the number of visitors to the site. Such information does not include any personal information and can be used to develop content and services that assist users and to customize content and advertising.
- There are several places on the site where the user can click on a link to access links to sites and/or applications that are not subject to this Privacy Policy and are not related to the operator. This policy will govern the use, handling, and disclosure of the user’s personal information after the operator has shared it with such third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. - The operator may allow third parties, including its authorized service providers, advertising companies, and advertising networks, to display advertisements on the site. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as “Cookies,” to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements. The use of “Cookies” by these companies is subject to their own privacy policies and not the operator’s Privacy Policy.
- User Choices About Information Collection and Use
- The user may choose not to provide certain information to the operator, but this will result in not being able to use certain features on the site because such information is required for registration to the operator’s services, including for uploading user content.
- When the user registers for the service and consents to receive direct mail as detailed in the Terms of Use, the operator, subject to any law, may send them direct mailings, including, but not limited to, emails and/or newsletters about service updates, improvements, special offers, or special content. The operator may send the user other types of emails, such as service announcements, promotional messages, and surveys. If the operator has already provided the user’s information to a third party before the user changed their preferences or updated their information, the user may need to change their preferences directly with that third party.
- Use of Information Collection Technologies
- The operator may use various technologies to collect information from the user’s mobile device and/or computer and about the user’s activity on the site. The operator may use standard internet technology, such as web beacons, analytics, and similar technologies, to track the user’s use of the site.
- Additionally, the operator may include the above in promotional emails or newsletters to determine whether the messages were opened and whether any action was taken as a result. The information obtained by the operator in this manner will enable it to customize the services it offers to the user, to publish personalized advertisements, and to measure the overall effectiveness of its online advertising, content, programs, or other activities.
9.1 The operator implements up-to-date systems and procedures for information security on the site. These systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized access, but they do not provide absolute security. The operator does not guarantee that its services will be completely immune to unauthorized access to the information stored on the site.
9.2 The operator periodically reviews the site’s information security and makes changes and upgrades as necessary to maintain the site’s information security level. However, the operator will not be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the user in the event of information exposure due to unauthorized access by third parties or as a result of an act or omission beyond the
operator’s control.
- Right to Review and Update Information
10.1 Under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every individual has the right to review information held about them in a database.
10.2 A user who has reviewed information about them and found that the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up-to-date, may request the database owner to correct and/or update and/or delete the information held about them as mentioned above. Such a request should be directed to the operator at the email address: info@jdinner.com. It is clarified that there may be changes to the contact details mentioned above and the availability times of the operator at its sole discretion and without prior notice, and the user will not have any claims against the operator due to this.
10.3 If the information in the operator’s database is used for personal contact with the user, they are entitled by law to request in writing that the information related to them be deleted from the database.Changes to the Privacy Policy The operator may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes to the provisions regarding the use of personal information provided by the user, a notice will be posted on the operator’s site.
